The AMD Ryzen 7 3780U is an upper Mid Range processor for thin and light laptops based on Zen+ architecture. The 3780U has 4 cores and 8 threads with a base clock of 2.3 GHz and which can be boosted to up to 4 GHz. The chip is based on the Zen+ microarchitecture is manufactured on a 12 nm process by Global Foundries. The TDP of this Chip is specified by intel to be at 15 Watts but can vary anywhere from 12 to 35 watts. The 4 core APU of the 3780U comes with integrated Vega 11 graphics and supports DDR4-2400.
