The AMD Ryzen 7 Pro3700U is a Mid Range processor for thin and light laptops based on Zen+ architecture. Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U has 4 cores and 8 threads with a base clock of 2.3 GHz and which can be boosted to up to 4 GHz. The chip is based on the Zen+ microarchitecture is manufactured on a 12 nm process by Global Foundries. The TDP of this Chip is specified by intel to be at 15 Watts but can vary anywhere from 12 to 35 watts. The 4 core APU of the 3500U comes with integrated Vega 10 graphics and supports DDR4-2400. The PRO processors offer a range of business features like hardware security (e.g., AMD Memory Guard), manageability (e.g., support for Microsoft Endpoint Manager), and longer availability and software stability.

How is the AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U (Good or Bad)

If we compare the 3700U go toe-toe with the 8th Gen Intel Core i5 8250U. Thanks to this new manufacturing process AMD 3 percent improvement in performance per watt when compared to its previous generation. 

How is AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 7 3700U for Gaming (Vega 10 Graphics)

The AMD Ryzen 7 Pro3700U comes integrated with Vega 10 graphics has limited gaming potential but considering it is only an entry-level GPU and competes with the likes of Nvidia’s Mx150 in terms of performance.
