Launched in January of 2021 AMD Ryzen 7 5700U is an octa cores processor that comes with 16 Threads and is based on the Zen 2 Lucienne U architecture. The 5700U has a base clock of 1.8 GHz and the clock speed can be turbo boosted to up to 4.3 GHz. When compared to its previous generation the 5700U is slightly more powerful than the 4800U in terms of performance.

The TDP of this Chip is specified by intel to be at 15 Watts but can vary anywhere from 10 to 25 watts. The 8 core APU of the 5700U comes with an integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 (Ryzen 4000) and supports DDR4-3200 and Low power LPDDR4-4266 RAM.
