How is in terms of Performance
The is powered by the 8 core 11th gen intel core i7 11800H which in terms of performance goes toe to toe with AMD ryzen 7 5800H and almost 20 percent faster than its predecessor i7 10875H. The GPU on the other hand Nvidia RTX 3060 Mobile is comparable to RTX 2070 Super mobile and is capable of playing games like GTA at 100 FPS with Ultra settings. This paired with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage you should be able to practically handle everything.
Design and Build Quality
has a plastic chassis reinforced with metal. The FX706 compared to its predecessor the FX705 is slightly thinner and lighter weighing in at 2.6 Kg and measuring in at 15.72 x 10.59 x 0.98 inches. On the top you will find the TUF logo. It has a tuff design except for the lid which wobbles a little. The display maintains a modern design with thin 7mm bezels. Once you remove the 11 Philips head screws, the bottom panel can be removed.
