The 4 core 8 thread processor is based on the Zen 2 microarchitecture has a base clock of 2.6 GHz with a boost clock of 3.8 GHz. Based on TSMCs 7 nm process at TSMC. Ryzen 3 5300U has dual-channel memory support of DDR4-3200 and LPDDR4-4266 RAM with a Level 3 cache of 4MB. AMD has specified the TDP at 15 Watts but can be configured anywhere from 10 to 25 Watts. The GPU here is an Integrated RX Vega 6 Graphics.
