11th Gen Intel Core i7 11700B Review

Launched in  2021, 11th Gen Intel Core i7 11700B, which has 8 cores and 16 threads, is a desktop processor based on 10nm SuperFin Tiger Lake micro-architecture, with a base frequency of 3.20 GHz and a max turbo frequency of 4.80 GHz. It has a 24 MB Intel smart cache. The processor has a default TDP of 65 W but also comes in 55 W variation and dual memory channels that support RAM up to 3200 MT/s at a maximum memory size of 128 GB. Other key specs include PCIe 3.0 and PCIe 4.0  lanes, and thunderbolt 4. Intel Core i7 1180G7 comes with integrated Intel UHD 11th Gen graphics which support 4k video at 60 Hz, DirectX 12, and OpenGL 4.5.
