Intel Pentium G4560 | Review

Launched in early 2017, Intel Pentium G4560 is a desktop processor with 2 cores/ 4 threads, based on a 14 nm Kaby Lake microarchitecture, with a base clock speed of 3.50 GHz and a Turbo speed of unspecified GHz. Other key features involve 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes, 2 channels of memory ram that supports DDR4-2133/2400, DDR3L-1333/1600 @1.35V RAM up to 64 GB, 3 MB of L3 cache, a default TDP of 54W. Intel Pentium G4560 comes with Intel HD Graphics 610 integrated graphics which supports 4k video at 60 Hz.

To put it simply the Pentium G4560 is an outdated processor and you can easily find far superior offerings from both AMD and Intel in this price range. There isn’t a lot that we can say about this processor unless you are getting a really good deal for this processor we do not recommend buying it; instead, we recommend that you go maybe an i3-9100F or AMD Ryzen 3 2200G.
