    AMD Epyc 7763 | Review

    Launched in March of 2021 AMD Epyc 7763 is a 64 Core128 Thread processor designed for Servers/Data Centers as a part of its EPYC Milan lineup based on the 7 nm Zen 3 microarchitecture manufactured by TSMC and I/O by GlobalFoundries with a 14 nm process. According to AMD the 7763 has a TDP of 280 Watts with a base clock of 2.45 GHz and can be boosted up to 3.5 GHz. Other key features include two-way SMP(Symmetric multiprocessing) and support for eight-channel DDR4-3200 memory of up to 4TB in 8 channels or 16 DIMMs per CPU (16x 256GB.)
