    AMD Ryzen 9 7950X Review

    Launched in late 2022, Ryzen 9 7950X by AMD is a high-end desktop processor powered by 16 cores and 32 threads, based on Zen 4 microarchitecture with a 5nm processor technology for CPU cores and 6nm processor technology for I/o die manufactured by TSMC. With the new microarchitecture and processor technology, AMD has done it again with a 13% IPC gain. According to AMD’s website, the processor has a TDP of 170 Watt, dual-channel memory which support DDR5 RAM up to 5200 MHz, and 24 PCIe Gen 5 lanes. AMD Ryzen 9 7950X is compatible with all AM5 motherboards based on a socket that supports AMD X670E, AMD X670, AMD B650E, and AMD B650 motherboards.
