Based on TSMCs 7 nm process and Zen 2 microarchitecture with a base clock of 3.8 GHz and a boost clock of 4.5 GHz. According to AMD the TDP of the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X is configured at 280 Watts. Other key features include 140 MB of Total Cache(L2+L3), 4 channel DDR4 3200 Mhz memory support of up to 512GB, and 64 PCI express lanes.
